Emzini weCode is an initiative primarily focused on helping Zimbabwean students learn computer science. In my role as a Teaching Assistant, I guide and assist 200 students in mastering Python programming and core computing principles, including function design, advanced functions, control structures, recursion, and data structures. I also foster an engaging and motivating learning atmosphere, sparking students' enthusiasm for computer science and playing a pivotal role in developing a vibrant learning community. My other role is to grade assignments, labs, and projects, providing detailed feedback to help students understand their mistakes and improve their skills.

As a member of ColorStack, I am part of a vibrant community dedicated to increasing the representation of Black and Latinx students in the field of computer science. ColorStack's mission is to increase the number of Black and Latinx Computer Science graduates who go on to start rewarding technical careers.
