As a business analyst, my role is to develop technical requirements for the programming area, according to the clients' needs and the projects' specifications. My work aims at fixing errors in the systems and enhancing the existing functionalities, as well as creating new functionalities that add value to the products and services of the company. For that, I perform the following activities: - Survey and analysis of the clients' demands, identifying the problems and the opportunities for improvement in the systems; - Preparation of technical requirements documents, detailing the functionalities, the flows, the business rules, the use cases and the tests; - Communication and alignment with the programming team, clarifying the doubts and the expectations about the technical requirements; - Monitoring of the development, the validation and the deployment of the systems, ensuring the quality and the compliance of the technical requirements; - Support and training to the end users of the systems, guiding them on the use and the functioning of the functionalities.
