• Supported the introduction of a Program, Planning, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) framework for the strategic planning and life cycle requirements of the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).• Directly coordinated with VBA in order to develop programming processes that improve the allocation of resources budgeted at over $61 billion. • Delivered staff and project reports that directed VBA operations.

Deployed to Iraq to conduct surveillance and acquisition of targets in support of a combined Marine and Iraqi mission to stabilize the region• Co-managed a professional team of six Special Operations Marines executing over 30 missions resulting in a reduced enemy presence and influence in the region while sustaining zero operational casualties• Responsible for all maintenance of team communication equipment and the planning of security team assets• Developed and implemented an inventory systems for over $1M of surveillance equipment ensuring the smooth transition of equipment and supplies to the relief unit and a readiness rate of 95%• Assisted in the development of a multidisciplinary training regimen that tested the mental, physical and stress dealing capabilities of trainees under extreme conditions• Participated in numerous team-based mission planning and execution training evolutions in preparation for deployment to hostile areas
