Advised clients on the performance of their respective investment managers to validate performance and target new investments. Directed the mutual fund recommendations within 401K plans for CALPERS, Hewlett Packard Company., Macy’s Corp, and J.C. Penney Company, Inc. Completed monthly and quarterly performance reports for defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans.

Managed a portfolio of 50 accounts for the purpose of clearing trades, processing orders, and providing customer service to facilitate timely and efficient transactions. Coordinated trade support and settlement via direct interaction with the firm’s 250 institutional traders and several thousand clients. Analyzed and simplified data pertaining to customer accounts, institutional trading revenues, and client specific historical investment allocations in order to streamline operations and trade processing. Created the Sarbanes Oxley controls for the company by mapping employee function to organizational structure in order to create audit trails and identify areas of reporting risk
