Managing the Corporate IT services planning and tracking all financial expenditures, procurement and refresh schedules. Designed and engineered one of the worlds largest (at the time) Digital Asset Management system with more than 100 million assets stored across a nationwide distributed SAN and VMWare based ECM system. Recognized leader in the Digital Asset Management industry speaking at conferences, co-chairing conferences and writing articles for DAM journals. Technical manager of the CMMI Level II and III assessments conducted at the company.Provided architecture and engineering design to technical sections of government proposal efforts usually acting as the “Book Boss” for the Technical Volume.

IT systems manager and business analysis for a corporate customer. Managed the Help Desk, Server farm, communications systems and participated with Impact’s Business Development in identifying new business opportunities, writing white papers and the technical sections of many proposals. Lead a team of engineers to move customer IT infrastructure to new facilities and rebuilding the entire IT architecture around ITIL and Microsoft MOF principles. Transitioned the mainframe hardware architecture to new Oracle based distributed server plat-forms using Windows NT, Novell and Linux. Performed a business re-engineering efforts to transition the mainframe based insurance software to a COTS insurance management product. Also transitioned the older COBOL financial management apps to Client Server tools using C and Fortran.
