There is no separation here. We do not experience life in a silo.We highlight on LinkedIn our experiences, education and all the amazing things we've managed to complete and collect, yet so many of us are struggling to feel our best while we try to work with or manage those who are struggling themselves. Stress management is not about getting rid of the stressors in your world ~ it's about understanding and learning how to engage with the stressors that are on your doorstep. Remember when you were taught that in highschool? How about undergrad? Graduate school? Most of us were never taught how these minds and emotions of ours work.
