- Validate tender requirements and highlight risks and opportunities.- Support or lead one or few project bids, including: WBS, OBS, SOW, schedules, resource planning, estimate pack, risks &opportunities up to handover to project team.- Establish communication channels between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate understanding detailed client's requirements.- Manage completion of proposals in timely manner.- Secure coherence and competitiveness of offers together with stakeholders.- Track completed proposals, liaise in final negotiations and Coordinate review process with key stakeholders.

- Develop and implement mobilization plan of local manufacturing plant from Doha, Qatar to Dubai, UAE and ensure successful operation of the manufacturing operation in timely manner.- Plan, implement and run day to day operations.- Manage and improve material flow and man / machine efficiency with respect to safety and quality standards.- Control Overall Equipment Effectiveness and other identified KPIs and define rooms for improvement to optimize the process.- Develop value engineering solutions to help clients optimize project's budget and time schedule.Oversee local and overseas material sourcing and logistics operations in coordination with German HQ team.- Develop process improvement plans for manufacturing and supply chain operations.- Weekly report to the head quarters in Germany on operation performance, inventory management and invoicing.- Manage technical support and clients interface during installation to ensure site activities are done in compliance to installation instructions and respected Norms.

Junior Industrial Engineer under supervision of Professor Mohamed Almakky. Our role to study the facility problem using available data and start preparing a proposal to solve it. After discussing the proposal with the facility management we start implementing this proposal to improve the productivity and solve the facility problems.
