Responsible for all aspects of studio operational capability for APS Group. Utilise current and new technological solutions to solve client specific requirements/briefs along with coordinating best in class services through the studio teams. Lead the efforts of the studio teams through leadership and direction and effective use of efficient business models and processes.Key Deliverables:• Act as the agency lead contact on all studio operational deliverability and associated technology (solutions) • Define efficient working practices and scheduling of work across all studio locations, including workflow definition/management and deadline management - across all discipline (creative, artwork, digital)• Provide supervisory and management functions for mentoring, training, hiring, and evaluating studio teams – define a standard to be adopted and followed• Understand pre-press and production requirements for day to day activity and define regular automation/improvements through• Ensure best in class studio services are delivered with appropriate quality controls• Work alongside board members in order to facilitate the strategic direction for studio services• Implement efficient workflow and processes to ensure all activity is completed to the standards required by all stakeholders• Maintain proactive interactions between production, studio and other agency servicesProvide studio services (onsite, near site and off site) to: Retail, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, Financial, B2B, B2C and Government sectors.

Provide, operate, and maintain computing facilities, equipment, and services that meet the changing needs of studio services and client requirements. Responsible for recommendations for studio technology and development of guidelines, standards and procedures. Charged with participating in the strategic planning and implementation of Studio Technology to ensure the needs of all studio business units are met.Research and progress process workflows with a view to promoting future development. Developed the studio based at Findel plc from a site that produced publication on film to one where all catalogue production is progressed in house and the majority of ad hoc design creative is controlled on site. A multi brand company, Findel produce promotional material in various formats: mass mailers, web campaigns or brand specific catalogues - capable of handling all aspects of the process from design concepts through to repro and file supply. The studio incorporates and maintains a colour accurate workflow from photography to print and engages high end file creation and routing software to ensure accurate filing and PDF preflighting. After being outsourced by tupe to xerox global services the studio continues to produce high quality design, web and reprographical work on a large scale.
