I have been in the oil and gas feild for over 20 yrs, Our Scope of Work is more on projects and bidding processes .General:Management and Supervision Fabrication, Maintenance, Inspection, Welding and NDT personnel.Develop and Implement project-specific procedures, compatible with the company's operating methods, Along with the Requirements of the Client, to ensure that work produced by vendors and subcontractors meets the quality objectives of the project.Highlighting adverse trends in the HSEQ system and implementing corrective action as necessary.Prepare and maintain Inspection records, coordinate field inspection group, Reviewing purchase orders for Materials and equipment, assisting in the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management and Quality Assurance SystemsFor the project,.coordinate with the client on active projects and oversee the implementation of QHSE processes and procedures on active projects.Compile and supply QHSE information and documents during bidding phases.
