06/2008 to Present Employ in Siltronic Silicon Wafer Pte LtdJob Responsibility:- Manage operations resources to meet output, yield, quality, cycle-time and cost/productivity targets as set by company business plan.- Develop all work cells to function as an integrated team, incorporating the best known methods and practices to build a strong and cohesive team.- Motivates and maintain high level of morale among all team members in the group.- Focus on continuous improvement programs to reduce cost, reduce human errors and improve quality and productivity. Encourage innovation and creativity among team members through brainstorming activities, QCC or TPM schemes.- Coach and mentor the Manufacturing Engineers and Work cell Leaders to be-come more effective leaders in the line.- Establish effective communication channels to gather feedback, explain company policies and disseminate company information to all production staff.- Follow-up on any line issues and coordinate with other departments to resolve them.- Oversee the consumables management system to ensure sufficient supply to the line and work closely with Purchasing team to develop alternative suppliers for cost and strategic reasons- Develop and establish new policies or procedures in the line that are necessary to govern and guide the operational work.- Promotes good Quality and Safety cultures in the fab through education, training and recognizing exemplary working behaviors amongst in the team.

• Lead a team of Production Technician /Operators for the day-to-day operations to fulfill production targets.• Provide training then standard operating procedures and safety compliance.• Optimism WIP management to maximize throughput and linearity.• Allocate and deploy manpower effectively for optimum productivity.• Monitor and track WIP, cycle-time, materials, and equipment performances.• Work closely with equipment maintenance, process engineer to maintain production up-time constantly.• Manage bottleneck equipment to prevent loss in throughput and motivate a team of operator to maximize the output and deliver good quality wafers to next process.• Work with manager to drive project of quality, process and procedure improvement.• Prepare standard production daily reports.
