Community Manager
CurrentAs the Community Engagement Manager at Priorities Group, I oversee the development and implementation of community engagement strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other application-based paid communities. The Community Engagement Manager actively manages onboarding and offboarding functions for all Priorities Group online communities, defines and executes tactics for generating activity and engagement on platforms, and creates graphics and other assets that support the community and the delivery of Priorities Group services to its clients. Additionally, the Community Engagement Manager tracks trends and engagement, works with the Digital Marketing Director to establish and measure KPIs to align with business growth, and manages company graphics/learning technology and assets. I also stay on top of industry and platform trends and changes in social media community management, using design and graphics to maintain and implement a robust, agile, and responsive engagement and learning environment.This role requires exceptional creativity, consistency, organization, team focus, communication, and leadership skills to help drive the growth of Priorities Group and its communities.
