- Performed haematological malignancy examination with techniques and steps including fluorescence in-situ hybridisation, cell and tissue culture, slides preparation, chromosomal banding and staining, and karyotype analysis on bone marrow and peripheral blood samples.- Conducted pre- and post-natal chromosomal analysis on amniotic fluid and product of conception specimens.- Prepared chemical solutions and reagents for a variety of laboratory test usage while managed the weeklyconsumables and chemical use inventory logs.- Analysed and reported abnormal test results including chromosomal abnormalities.
