a) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English. Have sound knowledge and understanding of project management philosophies.b) Technical knowledge in Engineering, Procurement and Construction sufficient to review specifications, drawings, material requisitions, purchase orders, and subcontracts.c) Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast cost.d) Ability to quickly do quantity take-offs for all disciplines base on IFC drawings.e) Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work. analytical and a true problem-solver with good communication skills.f) Wide experience in ship building and FPSO conversion and LNG Project. g) Fluently use Measure tools such as Leica Totalstation to measure and make 3D as-built dimension report.h) As a team player but have the ability to work independently as well. Be able to provide both summarized and detailed reportsi) Fluently use the Microsoft offices such as AutoCAD/MIPS/Navisworks. Familiar with project control system such as ERP/Matcon/CMS/ Assai.
