My position at Wick Communications offers me participation with teams of professionals as we build media relations in communities just like mine. As the Executive Assistant, I am responsible for managing the schedules and communications to the CEO, COO and CFO. My responsibilities offers engagements with the board of directors and support to all of our operations.I am the Property Manager of the Wick Building in Sierra Vista. This is also the building where I started out my career 40 years ago.My love for 'community' opens my eyes to the beauty that each community offers its people. I have had the pleasure of living, working and adventuring in my county which has built everlasting friendships as we work together in our border-towns. I have the pleasure of serving on the Board of Directors at the Sierra Vista Area Chamber of Commerce and I am a member of the neighborhood commission for the City of Sierra Vista. Before returning to Wick Communications in 2021, my services were applied to support UArizona in Cochise County as the Director of Operations for the University South Foundation. My experience and relationships grew as I handled the day-to-day operations, coordinated scholarship fundraiser, designed and maintained websites, social media platforms, scholarship applications, on-line ticketing and sales/event registrations, and much more. But the greatest accomplishments during my reign at the Foundation was when we awarded scholarships and speaking about the foundation. My experiences include working and building relationships within the Military Intelligence organization at Ft. Huachuca. My responsibilities at MICA included processing Knowlton, Van Deman, and Golden Awards. Created on-line sales, setting up a gift shop and processing memberships. Some of my biggest challenges were at VoiceTrak, where I gained trust from General Managers and Sales Managers across the country and shared information to identify spending trends in Designated Market Areas. Many highlights of my career was at Perlin Advertising where I assisted in the planning of marketing campaigns, tv commercials, interviews with pro football teams and coordinating public relations events.
