As the Senior Project Leader for a 15-person project team, developed and supported two applications which facilitate back-office servicing to National Accounts recycling customers. Both applications acted to integrate more than five other enterprise-wide systems for the purpose of providing efficient and accurate information, therefore strengthening the offerings to national customers seeking full-service waste solutions.Guided the team through two major system migrations, tackling the needed translations of vocabulary, item coding, timing, and business rules. Defined changes in business practices and staff roles and controls. Identified and designed required training to allow staff to prepare for new system tasks. Created and designed the reports which enabled the sharing of information across systems.In addition to primary system work, developed and monitored a time reporting system which provided more detail than payroll system to support analysis of effort required to support various aspects of project team work.Developed and provided monthly accounting close reporting and enabled or provided ad hoc reporting.Most recently, migrated much of an Access FE/BE application to using SQL Server to store application data. This involved migrating and testing 14,000 lines of code and over 2 million records to the new technology platform. Migration of remaining applicaiton functions is currently underway.

Designed a cost allocation application utilizing Oracle's Express multidimensional database with a Visual Basic front-end to gather cost weighting factors. Resulting calculations distributed costs to one million cells.Managed a team of Application Architects to compile business requirements across the enterprise, and evaluated these against IBM's Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) product. Identified enterprise systems which serviced some of the inventoried business needs, and created a plan to integrate existing systems and address unmet needs.

Led a project team to collect and document business requirements for insurance and medical Service Agreements, and to integrate with the data and process needs of Customer/Party, Billing, Claims, and Reporting functions for an insurance client.Led and trained a mixed consulting/client team to develop requirements for five primary Human Resources functions for a large metropolitan utility client with a strong union population. Held 15 requirements gathering workshops. Trained 7 team members in IE and Joint Application Designed (JAD) workshop techniques. Led data and process analysis for the Pre-Print function for a national printing client, utilizing Information Engineering (IE) techniques.

Led a team responsible for analysis of the Fleet Accounting, Fleet Maintenance and Fleet Operations functions. Held facilitated workshops and structured interviews to identify data, process and regulatory elements needed.Led data analysis for the Rental Service Agreement function.
