I represent a wide variety of businesses in connection with their participation in the H-2A and H-2B programs; represent employers in all forms of administrative proceeding before the Department of Labor OALJ; represent employers in connection with enforcement actions initiated by DOL's Wage and Hour Division (from investigation through all ALJ proceedings); represent employers in employment discrimination issues; negotiate executive severance in terminations; and assist with legislative draft and provide public policy support to CJ Lake government relations specialists
