As an investor in real estate he has been involved in hundreds of residential home sales in the greater Baton Rouge area. Wendell is a recognized real estate insider in the local market and has been quoted in the Baton Rouge Business Report, been on the cover of DEMCO magazine "Along these Lines" and Builder/Architect magazine.
