At Barrier Crest, we don't force our clients to migrate to the fund accounting software of our choice. While Barrier Crest does have a preference for a particular fund accounting software, we meet with our clients to decide if they need to migrate to our chosen software or continue using what they have. We commit to being software agnostic when creating the financial statements that GPs and LPs need for reporting purposes.As such, I oversee all fund accounting software used by clients. My responsibility is to be the leader in reviewing and learning the new fund accounting software before teaching it to our staff.

Initially invited to interview for COO role. Was offered this role based on an assessment of needed skills. Oversaw fund administration group, focusing on building and refining team, processes, and technology to scale the business line.
