I led the College Board Access & Diversity Collaborative (ADC), a cross-disciplinary group providing thought leadership and guidance to national organizations and higher education institutions developing and implementing their mission-focused diversity policies in an evolving legal landscape. I also led the organization’s work with national higher education membership and advocacy associations.

My position on the policy development team played a critical role in ensuring that the policy team built and maintained capacity to contribute a rigorous, evidence-based, and actionable set of policy proposals for delivering greater opportunity to students and improving student outcomes. In this position, I showed a deep understanding of how strategy drives execution to produce impactful initiatives and measurable results. I led work streams and contributed to summaries of policy research evidence, ideas for policies that improve student outcomes, and written policy-related deliverables.

As the Deputy Director, I played an instrumental role in the overall management of the organization, and development of IHEP's research and policy analysis.I supervised multiple work streams, led grant writing opportunities, and served as an organizational spokesperson.
