I am a forest engineer with a Master's degree in Biological Sciences with an emphasis on tropical botany and a postgraduate degree in topography and remote sensing. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate in Plant Ecology, Management, and Conservation of Amazonian savannas at the Tropical Botany Graduate Program - UFRA/Museu Goeldi.In my most recent role, I worked as an environmental management technician - forest engineer in the environmental licensing of projects and environmental studies for enterprises and activities processing, benefiting, and consuming forest raw materials, at the Project Management for the Processing of Forest Products and Byproducts Division – GEPROF/DGFLOR/SEMAS.I have experience in teaching and research activities in plant biology, anatomy - angiosperms and wood, plant ecophysiology in tropical ecosystems, functional ecology and land use for forest management and ecological restoration.I have experience in the ecology of forest (Amazon) and savanna (Cerrado) ecosystems. I am interested in the effects of disturbances on plant communities, ecosystem functioning, ecological restoration and plant functional traits. I use functional ecology and field research to explore how tropical vegetation responds to different environmental gradients.I am proficient in using the Office package (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), software (ArcGis, Mendeley, Canva, and G Suite package), have basic knowledge of programming in R Language Program and am used to using Microsoft and MacOS operating systems.I have intermediate English (B1 level - TOEFL ITP), intermediate French and basic Spanish.I hold an active CREA-PA registration, a driver's license and I am available for travel and relocation.
