Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff for the branch. Instruct staff on policies and procedures. Evaluate for consistent follow-through. Resolve staff, client, and temporary employee problems and complaints. Project future income and expenses and create a yearly budget. Conduct sales call to existing and prospective clients. Monitor clients for safe working conditions and reasonable job requests. Ensure enforcement of guidelines for proper hiring of temporary employees. Review weekly and monthly branch reports. Monitor office expenses. Oversee the entire payroll system for the branch, including input of client and employee info, job orders, time cards, and generating branch reports and sales reports. Ensure proper commitment of payroll batches and ensure timely distribution of invoices. Ensure staff is meeting and/or exceeding expectations and requirements. Provide reports as required. Enforce loss control standards for clients, temps, and in-house. Participate in the branch safety committee. Aid staff with various aspects of branch operations. Tour new client sites and make ongoing customer care visits to maintain strong customer relations. Establish and maintain relationships with local recruiting sources. Handle unemployment claims and attend hearings as needed. Prioritize and convey pertinent information to management, employees, and clients in a prompt manner.

Identify, qualify, and recruit candidates in the clerical, administrative, human resources, marketing, and accounting sectors for the temporary-to-hire and direct hire divisions. Coordinate, schedule and conduct in-depth interviews. Act as liaison between candidates and clients/employers. Coordinate all communications and correspondence including hiring criteria, salary ranges, job duties and responsibilities, candidate skills and qualifications. Orchestrate the allocation of people, time, and resources resulting in the successful timely completion of special staffing projects. Cultivate account development by mutual trust and customer rapport building. Perform client sales presentations, negotiate fee and contractual obligations, and ensure client satisfaction. Meet and exceed projected gross margin profit goals as well as monthly conversion placement goals.
