My passion and purpose is about making a difference in the lives the young children and the families I serve. Healthy social-emotional growth begins with a secure attachment, sensitive, responsive relationships, positive supportive environments and developmentally appropriate expectations from caregivers during the critical years of birth to age 5 and beyond. My work focuses not only on educating caregivers on the tools needed for supporting healthy social-emotional growth in the children they serve, but as well, on supporting caregivers themselves on their own journey of self awareness and self care. This foundation is critical for success in reaching their developmental goals and later academic and life success.
