Managing the daily operations of a small electronics and outdoor furniture manufacturing company grants me access to all facets of the business. Primarily, I am to keep the company running smoothly, maintain production numbers, meet or exceed consumer demands, and work with the President to ensure his directions are realized. Often, to keep a feel for the pace and pulse of production, I will work among the crew in fabrication and assembly. I truly look forward to those days.
