I began as an operations consultant at Synygy, automating sales compensation programs for diverse clients in multiple industries, and evolved to leading consulting teams. After that, I managed end-to-end sales incentive compensation programs at Endo Pharmaceuticals, including plan design, quota setting, rewards points programs, SPIFFs and training. Currently, I am an internal consultant specializing in sales compensation at DuPont, collaborating with global business leaders on strategic design and overseeing program governance, approvals, policy and administration. DuPont’s diversity of industries and products -- ranging from agriculture, advanced materials, and biotechnology to safety consulting services -- delivered new, welcome challenges with complex markets and channels.After many years in academia with degrees in Physics and Oceanography, I needed a change.
