1) Daily administration and operational management of the medical transcription services component of business. 2) Curriculum development and continuing education aspect of the medical transcription skill building element and apprenticeship designs (State of Texas Registered Apprenticeship Program Sponsor). 3) Facilitated informational workshops on medical transcription as a professional career or entrepreneurship. 4) Developed EMR/EHR and SRT (Speech Recognition Technology) transcription work flow process.

The bricks and mortar career school, for a 720-contact hour medical transcription training (skill building) program, licensed by Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), Career Schools and Veteran Education Division on July 24, 2003. Responsibilities included completion of 2003 Initial Application (130 plus pages), securing Certificate of Approval (License) to operate a career school in the State of Texas as well as responsible for compliance with TWC administrative guidelines and daily operational management. Responsible for annual renewal Certificate of Approval (2004, 2005 and 2006) application processes and school inspections. Other responsibilities included adherence and compliance with Training Provider Guidelines for the Golden Crescent Workforce Board and Gulf Coast Workforce Board. TWC-Approved Instructor: Facilitated courses in Medical Terminology, Anatomy & Physiology, Human Diseases, Professional Issues, Beginning and Advanced Laboratory Medicine, Beginning and Advanced Pharmacology, and Beginning and Advanced Medical Transcription Practice Lab.
