- Develop and monitor Dual Language and SEI English Learner Education programs in grades Pre-K through 12- Implement programs, policies and procedures to ensure state and federal compliance for English learners- Establish and refine ESL curriculum across grades, schools and programs- Hire diverse staff and provide support in strengthening culturally responsive practices district-wide- Collaborate with colleagues in reflecting on and strengthening our use of anti-racist practices- Analyze student data to define root causes of inequities for multilingual learners and to make systemic, curricular, and instructional changes that reduce inequities.
