I am responsible for overseeing management of all properties. I am also the coordinator, ofmaintenance staff, and often is an intermediary between the owner of the property and theproperty managers assigned to that client. I report directly to themanagement firm’s owner or CEO. Responsible for creating management plans and annual orlong-range budgets, and for carrying out the directives of each. I provide accounting records incoordination with third party bookkeeping firms and management reports to the client on amonthly basis, noting any variances or extenuating circumstances needing attention. Inaddition, I recommend major repairs or improvements to the property and identify sources offunding needed to carry them out. In general, I have the ultimate responsibility for the financialand physical well-being of the property,which also includes the satisfaction and contentment ofthe residents, tenants, and any on-site personnel. In all cases, I am responsible for all activitiesthat will add value to each property under management.
