Reporting to Loop Energy’s Chief Executive Officer, Ms. Bach is Loop’s chief legal strategist, providing sound counsel to the CEO, Board of Directors, Executive and other members of the Loop team. As a member of the executive team, she also supports the development of corporate strategies and the execution of key commercialization goals and objectives.

The SVP Corporate Resources & General Counsel enables the strategic and operational goals of the Company by leading the provision and alignment of Global Corporate Resources, including strategic planning, goal setting, monitoring performance, optimizing structure & service delivery model, succession planning and resource allocation for Human Resources, Government & Public Affairs (GPA), Legal, and Information Technology. This role oversees the establishment and delivery of strategies to optimize talent, leverage information technology, maintain and enhance corporate reputation, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, and to mitigate exposure to legal risk.As a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) this position also contributes to the development and implementation of global business strategies. It provides strategic perspective on legal, HR, communications, public affairs and IT impacts of business decisions, in order to achieve the strategic and operational goals of the company.
