I am extremely client-focussed with a demonstrated history of working with a wide-range of people and business requirements within the pharmaceutical industry. As Head of Client training, I have implemented training sessions focussed on use cases within the pharma and biotech industry. The training sessions show how to find data relevant to many business questions. These include sessions for R&D, Clinical Development, Feasibility, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Business Development and Licensing. I have also implemented topic based sessions in response to feedback from our clients.
