PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTESWith many years' experience in the construction industry, I have seen the struggle many small businesses face with compliance administration. Many finding it too hard sweeping safety under the mat and hoping it won't happen to them. I have been through this struggle and I hate to see others going through the same struggle. That's why I have developed Projects One Safety Online. Not just another project management tool, but one that is centred around safety administration controls, to help improve the lives of Tradies across Australia and keep small construction businesses viable and their teams safe.Having started my first business in 1998 I have developed many innovations, overcome challenges of supply, remote locations, diverse cultures and language barriers. Never once giving up, hardwired to find solutions and building resilience with my team. 'Giving Back' to the communities that have supported me over the many years has always been an important part of business. Supporting community protects, clubs and associations as part of the business journey. Projects One Safety Online has now partnered with SAFER ME to provide Safety Snap to Australian businesses so we can now support businesses to understand the psychosocial issues affecting their staff. Mental wellbeing is a topic that is incredibly important, not only on a personal level, but ensuring mental wellbeing is not impacted by the jobs we do.
