About Wendy Brown

At Madtown Twisters Gymnastics we are working hard to develop a business that will provide services for the whole family. We have been successful in the gymnastics business for 32 years now. With the addition of adult fitness classes and personal training for every age, I think that we are well on our way to this goal. I would love to be able to help there be far fewer athletes, and people in general, in pain and often taped up. A goal of mine is to help people to pursue their goals in life at any age, pain free and feeling good about themselves.

    In the last 32 years, I have raised a family, learned to run a business, coached high level gymnastics & designed fitness/conditioning programs. We have had many of our gymnasts go on to college gymnastics to compete as division one scholarship athletes, as well as division three national level athletes. For the last 6 years, I have expanded my knowledge in personal training, corrective exercise and performance enhancement through study and practice. I am currently looking to expand into youth fitness programming.
