Led and managed a highly effective team of architects, project managers, functional analysts, PCO and tester responsible for delivering integration and development projects for Loto-Québec’s online gaming site, espacejeux.com. Implemented a framework for the management of projects where none existed (cost estimates and budgeting, governance, dashboard, document templates, etc). Worked closely with internal customers to understand their business requirements and strategies so as to translate them into team objectives. Maintained a relationship based on trust and mutual value with vendors in order to maximise efficiency in project delivery. Implemented projects for online lottery ticket purchases and online sports betting. Managed projects aimed at integrating third party remote gaming servers and online bingo. Project budgets were between $200K and $1M each. Led team through a difficult reorganisation while maintaining good morale, rigorous focus and solid teamwork.
