• Taking responsibility for the administration of the company accounts, the accounting system, administering payroll, payment of invoices, and the setting up of new contracts for the running of the business.
• Ensuring company stationery was kept up to date and available to staff members.
• Arranging gas safety certificates to meet with legal requirements.
• Answering telephone queries on all aspects of the business.
• The use of Microsoft Office and Excel.
• The drawing up of Short Term Tenancy Contracts and the conducting of the contract signing.
