I have also crossed train into Paymate Payment Solution. Crossed selling, up selling and customer retentions. Provide financial solution to customers. General account enquiries and payments arrangements. Financial credit application for customers and businesses. High call quality on all calls are demonstrated.

Provide immediate technical support to American Express EFTPOS terminals for merchants. Provide the administration backend for all terminals. High quality of customer service is delivered.
