At a district level, I am responsible for on-going monthly invoicing of large-scale, national customer accounts - according to corporate contract terms. I am also responsible for physical record retention of those accounts - and for occasional communication regarding whether or not any particular "system" inspection had been completed - within a certain time frame, or within customer's requested terms, whenever a customer called in asking for that information.

Led a team of employees in the Carlson Marketing Group Corporate Rewards Redemption division. Ensured that awards were dispatched in a timely manner. Supported the Call Center to ensure that problems with award distribution were handled in an expeditious and sensitive manner. Documented and tracked issues to prevent further escalation.
