CurrentDevelop and instruct age appropriate lesson plans that help and encourage children to grow skills; physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and language growth. Maintain individual student portfolios including skill check list, anecdotal records, narrative reports, photographs, and label work samples on areas of growth. Completing the DRDP for each individual child. Meeting with parents /guardians to discuss child's progress and needs. Supervision of instructional aids and parent volunteers for a safe environment. Developing administration skills by assisting the director in areas of administration paper work, new student enrollment, school and community food drives, administrating free school supplies for those students with needs, administrating CELDT Test and assisted with the school Sos Wellness Center. Also have experience working in the school office.
