-Provide quotes to customers for power cable, fiber-optics, and cable assemblies-Coordinate and manage shipments for three departments-Create Bills of Materials based on technical drawings-Obtain pricing from vendors for materials -General invoicing and customer response/service for entire company

-Processing and entering purchase orders/Invoicing-Provide Customers with excellent Customer service by going above and beyond to resolve any issues -Communicate with shipping department to coordinate product availability and any shipment issues-Prepare international shipping paperwork-Work with Sales team to follow up on sales leads and target potential sales market

-Provide support to customers and inside sales staff members-Create Bills of Materials based on technical drawings-Assist buyer in negotiating and obtaining pricing from vendors-Vendor purchase order tracking/processing/invoicing

-Work directly with customers to promote sales-Coordinate jobs for delivery to local food service establishments-Process purchase orders/general invoicing -Assist outside sales representatives in filling weekly orders-Prepare warranty claims for equipment
