Worked as a senior mental health social worker for 2.5 years in a psychiatric hospital in Taiwan. Extensive multicultural working experience and a strong background in case management and community work in disabilities and mental health. Strength based approach, social justice and various critical theories are the backbone of my practice framework. Looking back at those human services I have had, improves my interpersonal communication skills and excellent time management.
