I've had a 15 year career as an Advertising Supervisor in the newspaper field but the toll of working long hours cut into my family time. I found myself tired, missing family functions, slacking on my responsibility of being a mom and neglecting myself.Looking for a solution, I starting researching different ways of eating, products and supplements to help me gain energy, become more focus and help me with appetite control. I began to learn how simple changes to my diet and lifestyle could dramatically change the way I felt and looked.I began to completely feel like a different person. Within a week or so I began to find myself with endless supply of energy, where before I struggled to get through the day. My appetite was cut into half which in return I was seeing considerable weight loss. My mind began to focus more clearly during the day and helped me to shut down at night and let me rest peacefully instead of the tossing and turning.As I started to transform, I found people starting to notice and ask me what I was doing differently. I realized that there were many more women and men out there just like me, dealing with a lot of the same issues.I found myself beginning to get paid by others for my advice and suggestions on my newfound journey. Before I knew it, I had started building a business and helping others change their lives.I started offering different ways to help people in their own struggles and issues. I also shared recipes and advice in the area of health and nutrition to men and women that are truly serious about putting a plan in motion to help them look and feel their best.
