My name is Wendy Child and I’ve worked in music for the past 11 years. As a leader in various churches, I’ve recruited, trained, managed and scheduled large teams of volunteers and paid staff. I’ve planned training, appreciation and staff events, and I’ve produced and overseen weekly Sunday services almost every Sunday for the past 11 years. I’m also a singer/songwriter working mostly in TV and Film. I’m signed to Musicbed, a company that has helped me land my songs in campaigns for Starbucks, Apple, RetailMeNot, The Four Seasons, Nortditrack, and Nasa, just to name a few. My music career has given me some incredible opportunities: I was a contestant on Season 8 of The Voice, I’ve played on stage with Amy Grant, I’ve has my song in a Hallmark movie, and I’ve even done Voice Over Work (you might recognize my voice as the voice from the Miraculous Ladybug Theme Song.) I am passionate about creating experiences that will make a lasting impact on people. At the end of the day, we all just want to know that we are not alone. My deepest desire to help people know that they belong to something and somebody, and they are inherently worthy of love.
