Follows and coaches to a sales process focused on establishing rapport, identifying needs, providing solutions and closing the sale. Opens new accounts and expands existing relationships. Manages and coaches staff to ensure branch and individual sales, calls, and referral goals are met. Manages an individually assigned and developed consumer and small business loan portfolio. Develops, implements, and monitors a plan for the branch to deliver Bank of North Carolina service "Standars of Excellence". Supports local line of business customer appreciation events. Researches and resolves customer problems. Serves as liason between the customer and the appropriate bank area to ensure successful resolution of customer problems.
