Analyzing Case records to develop service plans for clients. Maintain accurate detailed chronological case notes. Meet regularly with clients and their children to evaluate diminished and enhanced Protective Capacities. Attend Oregon Family Decision meetings to create Action Agreements. Coordinating interactions between safety service providers and clients to develop and track treatment goals. Work in partnership with foster parents that provide safety services to children. Acquire and maintain knowledge on all active international programs and U.S. Immigrations process in relation to adoptions. Acquire and maintain specific knowledge of individual country programs pertaining to dossier requirements, general program, and travel and immigration requirements in order to provide assistance to adoptive families. Maintain familiarity with all active families in the specific assigned countries of responsibility and provide direct assistance in preparation of dossier. Keep families informed throughout their adoption process, by maintaining phone and E-mail contact. Keep accurate records of all documents sent to families, countries or other various agencies. Record all activity of conversation and other pertinent information in database and on weekly log sheet. Provide assistance with assembly of family's dossier. Respond accordingly pertaining to various requirements of specific countries, i.e. DNA tests, providing various forms ICPC clearance as necessary, Assist family in relation to preparation for travel or escorting of child. Upon arrival of child, keep accurate records of post placement schedules and requirements in cooperation with Social Work Supervisor and Office Administrator.
