Autism Team Manager : Leeds Autism AimAdvonet 2015 - Jun 2020Leeds, United Kingdom2015: Developed Leeds Autism AIM: an Advocacy, Information and Mentoring service. This was initially an Autism Innovation Fund project aimed at reaching autistic adults locally who get little or no funded support co run by an autistic led steering group. Developed the Lovell Leeds Autism Hub: a weekly drop in service providing information, advocacy, CAB and employment advice, workshops and peer support, co run by autistic adults. 2016-17: Additional Autism Hub for South/East Leeds.Developed additional funded autism provision within the service, led by what autistic adults said was needed with focus on partnership work to increase access to wider services.
