Training Manager at Auscaregroup. In the process of setting up an RTO and we currentley have 4 Cert III qualifications on scope which will will commence delivering in 2014. I manage the operations, staffing, developing of all the course materials, student managment in class and at supervised placements, supervison of trainers and delivery of courses form student enrollment through to qualifications within the organsiation.

Currentley assisting the organsiation to set up for RTO status offering a scope of 4 qualifications in Cert III in Health, Disability, Aged Care and HACC. Once the RTO is established I will be managing the training area and also training students. We will be looking at traineeships and RPL as part of the future of the training divison at Auscare.

Lectured in Cert III, IV and Diploma in Community Services and Cert III Aged Care, liaised and consulted with Industry, assisted with co ordination of student placements and conducted agency visits at stuent placment time. and regular internal and external audits. Mentored new casual lecturing staff.

Supervised support workers, assessments and mangagment of clients South West region supervised Social Work students, networking and liaiase with stakeholders, fa,ilies, carers and support workers.
