As the Administrative Assistant to the Director of Social Services at the City of Peterborough, I provide high-quality support and coordination for the Director and the Division. I manage the director's calendar, travel arrangements, correspondence as well as liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as staff, community agencies and government officials.I have over three years of experience as an Administrative Assistant at the City of Peterborough and have also worked as a Senior Ticket Seller for the City in the Arenas Division, where I handled cash transactions, customer service, training, scheduling and office administration. I hold a Bachelor of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Trent University, where I developed my communication, research, and writing skills. I am motivated by the opportunity to contribute to the social welfare and well-being of the community, and to learn from the Director and Leadership team.
