Project management, Planning, Analysis, Asset transfer, Resource Mapping, Financial Restatement• During my time as a part of ABCM team I was seconded as Finance lead to Ops and Tech Transformation Project which created the base point for the current Barclaycard Ops and tech Structure.• The Transformation Project involved the transfer, restatement and restructuring of circa £800m and 3000 FTEs.• Regular updates to CFO and Barclaycard COO, of progress.• Working with a number of CFO teams due to transfers being undertaken, working through current plans, transfer schedules and agreement of costs levels to be moved.• Liaising with Financial Control, Tax and SAP teams to ensure all of their requirements were met, including ensuring Year end reporting was not impacted by the transfer as the new structure came in to place at the beginning of 2010 which could have impacted 2009 year end reporting.• Due to the lack of modelling and database skills within HR, I also acted as reporting lead for HR reporting which included analysing, monitoring and reporting full detailed information for 3000 people.
