Wendy’s career in healthcare began after graduating from Rutgers University, where she joined HIP Health Plan (a group- model HMO). Here she was awarded President's Club for results in direct sales by landing multiple large accounts in public sector and the casino industry. Later she spent time working on network expansion into Pennsylvania as a physician recruiter and accreditation specialist. Wendy then joined AmeriHealth in 1996 and worked 12 years on the broker distribution team achieving top sales results. Finally, in 2007, Ebner joined Savoy as an Account Executive tasked with recruiting brokers and their business while consulting on best-in-class comprehensive employee-benefit packages. Promoted into senior leadership, she continues to drive growth for Savoy in core and expansion markets. In recent years she has managed business development teams and regional P&L. Her most recent focus continues in Business Development and Strategic Partnerships where mergers and acquisitions have become a mainstay in the industry's evolving landscape.
