Working directly to the CEO, as Operations Director I hold lead responsibility for our portfolio of improvement projects across Wales, our communications and engagement strategy and the operational running of the organisation.

•Commissioning outcome focused, needs led support services for victims of crime across South Wales•Monitoring of and reporting on the impact and performance of commissioned services•Influencing strategic policy and decision making at UK, Welsh and local level - within the Commissioner’s office, South Wales Police, local and national government, statutory agencies and other partners •Improving victim/survivor journey through the Criminal Justice System by engaging with victims and working with local and national stakeholders

•Managed the portfolio of projects captured under the organisations Corporate Action Plan. •Matrix management of all internal and external staff who had project or programme management responsibility for the initiatives.•Internal and external stakeholder engagement and communication from project initiation through to closure. •Provided assurance and governance to all projects including regular reporting into board of trustees. •Led a Systems Thinking Review of the groups Responsive Repairs Service and developed a continuous improvement methodology for the group.

Working in partnership with communities, statutory and third sector agencies to address severe and persistent anti-social behaviour.
