Oversees and manages enterprise-wide migrations projects that support the company's business strategies and objectives. Builds and develops strong sustainable relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. Promoted to manage the facilitation of effective training programs for over 2,000 employees across 30 locations nationwide. Engage senior leaders to address skills gaps and align training programs with business goals. Develop instructional materials; manage eLearning projects; coordinate event logistics; update policies and procedures; maintain LMS system; measure training impact; and source instructional design tools. Oversee learning delivery team comprised of up to four instructional designers and trainers. Control project budgets of up to $300,000.  Raised level of training effectiveness and optimized talent to support process standardization and operational excellence across Underwriting and Operations organizations throughout the United States.  Increased productivity and streamlined operations by migrating employees to a robust workflow management system that automated policy issuance and premium booking processes.  Ensured Learning and Development projects were completed on-time and on budget by using Project Playbook complete with statement of work (SOW) documents, project plans, checklists, and design templates.  Leveraged Training Assessment Template and consulted with functional business leaders to determine effectiveness and impact of individual training programs.  Worked closely with HR to develop a training strategy for onboarding employees that provides new hires with the tools they need to succeed in this fast-paced, high-standards workplace.  Delivered systems and process training to the various departments in multiple offices.

Under limited direction, underwrites and analyzes new and renewal business for Middle Markets and Large Construction business. Provides support to members of the underwriting department in the areas of underwriting operations, procedures and policy endorsements and policies. Administers and monitors underwriting rules and guidelines, insurance laws and regulations, and rating manuals. Computes rates and premiums for policies, compiles appropriate declarations, coverage forms, national/local forms, and optional endorsements to complete a policy.
