Product Manager/Senior Technical Writer
• Certified as an ISO 9001 internal auditor. Audit different areas for ISO compliance and areas of improvement.• Release all new merchandise, promotional items, and apparel. • Work directly with suppliers to create quality and affordable products and packaging. Negotiate pricing for all new products and find new suppliers for existing products to cut costs and upgrade quality at the same time.• Update and audit website for content, installation instructions, and the online store for merchandise.• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to enhance Holley’s position as a leader in the performance automotive aftermarket. Play an active role in the advertising, cataloging, and marketing of new and existing products.• Create all new instruction manuals for Holley and five other sister companies. Create, edit, or modify catalogs, brochures, press releases, website pages, and digital photography for marketing, engineering, manufacturing, and merchandising.• Initiate and maintain several databases to monitor the progress of instructions and merchandise projects.• Perform daily functions in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, AS400, and Syteline.
